Max voltage for a 290?

Hello, what would be considered the max safe voltage on air for the 290 Vapor X?

Or is it really only the temp that matters? Highest I took it was +225mV offset which had it around 1.320 - 1.350v in Unigine Heaven.
Temps hit a max of 74c on the core and like around 69c for the vrm1.
So how high could I take the volts to if remaining under 80c?

Most of the info I can find is always about the reference cards than ran ridiculously hot. Any info would be greatly appreciated! :D

Just make sure the VRM's stay under 100c and I think you should be dandy, wish I had a Vapor X :(

Doesn't look like I'll have to worry about that...
While the card looks and feels amazing, the locked voltage is a bit of a slap in the face. So I'm stuck with a max of around 1.297v and a max stable OC of 1170mhz core, 1625mhz memory.
So no 1200mhz + like I was wanting

Also I get this random static buzz in my speakers and sometimes it sounds like its in my case. Happens like once every 10 min or more and lasts for like 3seconds.
Not sure if its something faulty with the card or what.

With my Gelid Icy Vision I get 90c VRM 1 without a overclock lol, I have just accepted that I screwed up and should have got a Tri-X or MSI Gaming Edition.
