Unfortunately the Eizo EV2736 is also a quality control nightmare as well, quite a few users gave up it on hardforum and the one I received had terrible back light bleeding on it.
I've been chasing a 1440p myself, if my searching is anything to go by people generally say
stay away from the Dells, Asus due to bleed, dead pixels, poor quality and customer service over them. The AOC Q2770 confuses me as people recommend it but some in depth reviews say it doesn't have out the box good colour, tinted, and misty anti glare plus a little overshoot on response times, but the big draw being the price.
I ordered a Viewsonic VP2770 the other day but still waiting for it to be delivered, praying it will be OK as my recent history of monitors has been a complete joke. Been through about 10+ Samsung S27D590 1080p models all having severe bleeding and dead pixels, had 2 aoc i2757fm with severe bleed and extreme uniformity issues, the 27 1440p Eizo I mentioned above and a few other screens with the same issues
