First time builder here. Im on a budget and looking to run modern games at high/ultra. Will this build do it? What fps can be achieved at 1080p?

CPU: Intel i5-4670k
GPU: EVGA Nvidia GeForce GTX 760
MoBo: MSi Z87-G45 GAMING
PSU: Corsair CX600W
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 2x4GB8GB
SSD: Samsung 120GB 840 Evo
HD: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212
