Was playing some games earlier before my rig BSOD. Went to boot her up again and was presented with some hefty visual artifacting

I thought maybe my 660 was overheating so I turned off the pc for a bit. 10mins later she was fine again. Temps seemed fine across the board. Waited a while to see if anything would happen before booting up a game again (WoW in particular). Ran fine for a while before she died again. This time it seems im stuck with 1 (of 2) screens, 800x600 (rather than 1920x1080) and the artifacting.
Other issues include; Internet browsers not working, 660 not appearing in Hardware Monitor.
Apologies for bad pic quality, having to use my phone atm.

Edit, forgot my spec. It's way too late for this.

Taking off an overclock and running at stock is easy and free - trying it first makes sense. Although I will say that looks like borked video card memory.

have you tried with the cpu graphics and uninstall the 660

then if you see artifacting again you'll know its cpu/mb/psu/memory related if not you'll know its the 660 that's faulty

EDIT: and yeah could be corrupted gpu drivers, google ddu and do clean install of gpu drivers

Most likely your card is borked. Get a new one to try and if that fails too then return the card you just bought and test the ram.

I'll loan him my GTX460 the next time I see him. OP doesn't have a spare GPU at the moment.

If hes using drivers newer than 337.50 try going back to older ones - though not common a few people have issues with more recent drivers and either lockups on startup or random corruption.

Yeah try rolling back the drivers bud, it could be worth a shot. Was there a driver update before this started happening?

I'm still on "ancient" 327.23 drivers myself because of issues with some applications. I didn't experience these kinds of issues though.

Up date all drivers, i returned my 280x because of the same fault my new card was the same, it turned out to be raptr crashing

Alright, short update;
Drivers were first updated to 337.88 (not sure from what, though), didn't work.
Drivers were uninstalled completely, didn't work.
Drivers were updated to 335.23, didn't work.

Edit:
was planning to uninstall the 660 after lunch but my ROG Maxi doesn't have on-board video out.

Alright, quick update.
Was able to borrow a 760 and everything seems to be fine. Gonna make sure the 660 isn't working before sending it off
