Hi all,

I'm going away for a couple weeks and there will be times I am looking for games to play on my tablet which don't require an internet connection. I'll be able to download them before I go, but I will have limited wifi, so no logging in will be possible.

I'm not averse to paying a one-off amount for a decent game which meets those requirements.

Any suggestions?

Requiring an Internet connection isn't the norm, as long as you avoid multilayer-only games.

There are plenty which require a login, though, which is really annoying.

I was hoping there might be some who are in a similar position who might have some good options in mind.

Asphalt 8 allows you to play offline then will sync back up when you reconnect.

Won't be able to play multiplayer or events ofc but there's plenty of hours of single player in there if you like arcade driving games.

Free as well I think?

All my android games come from Humble Bundles. Of those I've played, I've enjoyed;
- Organ Trail
- Anomaly (there are a few in the series)
- Vector
- Bridge constructor
- Broken Sword
- Bard's Tail

Some of those aren't exactly classics, but I've put a few hours in to them all. Organ Trail is the one I liked best. None require internet.
