Could you not have just cooked this with the dippers when you opened the packet?
I mean open packet, knock said paper onto tray cook it then transfer to plate.
You're going to complain about the healthiest ingredient?
The irony is, you complaining will just get you either a) free chicken dippers, or b) a voucher for free chicken dippers.
I would ask your mum to take the back to the shop she bought them from and cook up a fuss.
One of which would have a small piece of chicken lodged in the middle.It would be more ironic if the voucher was for an assortment of oddly inscribed bits of plastic.
