screen not filling monitor

I have no idea why its not filling my entire monitor. It has black borders and its really annoying.

Anyone know what to do?

Are you using HDMI?

If so, you'll need to set the scaling to 100% in CCC.

Then yes, that'll be what it is.

IIRC, its either under common tasks, or my flat panel display....but cannot be 100% sure.
