Am trying to install an EVGA GT 730 on my test system in work. It did have a GT 630 in there which died and was replaced with the GT 730.
This my 2nd GT 730 as the 1st wouldn't install and suspected faulty. Having tried again and more with the new one I'm now asking for help please.
I tried a direct fit and boot, Windows did a search and install new hardware then reboots and ran just a STD VGA adapter.
When I try to use the Nvidia latest driver it scans for hardware and reports back no compatible hardware found.
Tried through device manager and it does the same.
Setup
ASRock B85M-ITX
i7 4770
8GB Vengance
Sandisk SSD 64GB
FSP SFX 300W
Have tried the latest 3 BIOS from ASRock with the same result
1.9
2.0
2.10
I then tried a fresh install of Windows 7 Pro only then the GFX driver. This gave me the same result also.
Dig out an only PC with a Asus H61 and 3rd gen i7, same issue.
Last try was on my Asus Z87I-Pro and tried latest BIOS and fresh install nothing.
Have borrowed my sons GT 630 and tried that on all the system and working perfectly.
Any ideas?
