As title, got into bed with this little bugger!!!

Yes i screamed like a girl and did a little dance.
We normally get them in around end of September, really don't like them, they move to fast.

Anyone else suffer from the annual invasion of spiders from hell?
What creepy crawlies do you have in your house?

I'm lucky i have two cats that enjoy eating them:D
 
I had one of those hide in my bathrobe as I got up in the morning a couple of weeks back, I proceeded to do a fantastic dance & redecorate my floor an interesting shade of spider.

I take it that you proceeded to do what a real man would do and burn the bathrobe and floor just to be on the safe side?

I came expected a new kitten laying on or between a females breasts.

You can't even begin to imagine the disappointment as I placed the tissues and lube back in my desk draw
 
We've had a fair few recently, been tasked with disposal of said beasts.

I noticed Arachnophobia was on the other day on Sky so I put it on to wind her up, then not kidding that night I had eject 5 spiders (two big hairy ones as well) from the house.

She was freaked out.
 
Yes my house gets infested at the end of summer. But it seems a little earlier this year. A few weeks ago we had an unbelievably big one on the wall above the toilet. I've locked the toilet door and been using the neighbour's loo instead since then.

Strangely this year we also have a lot of smaller oval bodied ones with small legs. They are much smaller but look well hard. Like little tanks.

And last week I saw what appeared to be my first false widow hanging down the front door to the house.

I am now posting this from the street, having moved permanently to the park bench.

I have the kitten, but not the breasts.

After i bested the beast to the floor I called upon the might of Ella the killer kitty,i had to avert my gaze as she crunched the hairy legged monster.

She usually manages on three packets of cat food two birds and a mouse, I suppose it wont hurt, she's only tiny.
 
These last few years, having lived with a girl, I've actually gotten over my fear of spiders and pick them up to take outside rather than just splat them like I'd used to.

However, if I saw that one in the OP then I'd probably relapse and scream

I have 2 kittens that love spiders, and flies.

One of them has turned his attention to shrews in the past week though. 1 week, 5 shrews brought in, 3 alive...

The lady of the two sticks to her flies.. or wasps, well. Anything that flies.
 
I was walking to go to the bathroom in the dark the other night, felt like I kicked something as I was walking and thought nothing of it, turned the light on with a huge spider sitting in the corner near where I'd kicked it. Was probably nearly the same size as my fist.

Naturally.

To be honest, I'm not that bad around them (I can pick them up & move them if required) - but one which was as wide as my hand flying at my semi-naked body (as a result of picking up the bathrobe them slam-dunking it at the cat) first thing in the morning while getting ready for work was enough to activate my inner jive funk & bust some moves.
