Is my new 290 not performing right?

Just benched my new Sapphire 290. Got 1286 Unigine Heaven 51fps avg. Min 29, Max 105. Had the core clocked to 1000 instead of stock. Power limit on 50. Temps were 93 at highest. Ref cooler

That puts my score as the lowest 290 on the OCUK unigine board?

Settings were ;

1920x1080
8xAA
Ultra
Extreme Tessellation.

Specs are 2500k at 4.5ghz. 12GB ram.

Just squeezed new score of 1333 out of it. With 1050 core, 1350 mem.

I get 1378 at my 24/7 clocks (1100/1407) CAT 14.7

Remember nearly all the 290s on the Unigine Heaven bench are overclocked so 1286 @1000/1250 is a fair score.

Seems a little low. My 290 Vapor X I had scored 1392 with a 55.2 fps average.

That was with it clocked at 1080/1250.

If you take into account the extra 80mhz you are running on the core the OP and your scores are very close.

If the OP had used the same clocks as you he would have scored 1389.

Your score is about right.

I had to run my mine at 1225/1600 I believe with cpu running at 4.6 to get this :
