Chicken pie with only 14% cluck cluck

after being asked if there was anything i wanted on the weekly shop, i asked for a good quality chicken/mush/ham pie.

woah it's a 500g Ginsters chick n mush pie, the box looks great with 1"+ chunks of chicken bursting out the pie.

the reality is chicken and mushroom soup filling, in a lovely crispy puff pastry, no wonder it 50% off, people only ever buy it once

it's usually crap hard chicken too like you get in cheap own brand supermarket meals...

god knows how hey get chicken to go hard like they do, must be frozen for months before it's cooked in a pie or something

I use to eat their chicken and mushroom slices quite often, but quite a few times the chicken tasted naff.. almost like it was off. They were also rogue onions in there.. whereas I hate onions, so it immediately puts me off the whole thing.
