I've had quite a few pies from a company called lime tree pantry when I've been to food festivals and both their sweet and savoury ones are very good and are deep filled. Not cheap though. http://www.limetreepantryfoods.com
To be fair to the pie, it only contains chunks of chicken and needs room for pastry, mushrooms, sauce and any other bits of veg etc so 14% isn't that bad. Probably.
Make your own! Get some just-roll puff pastry for the top and make your own base pastry and fill it with whatever you want.

The question is surely, out of the 14% 'chicken' how much of this was actually off the bone real chicken or was it processed sludge of chicken shaped into chicken pieces?
All local butchers certainly do not make pies...
