Fittings for pump

Those are not to use together, only one at a time on the front inlet, I didn't mean for you to buy both, was just an example of what should fit in the front inlet.

Looking at the specs the top outlet is G1/8" inner thread, so it looks like you would need a Eheim 1046 outlet adaptor to fit a normal G1/4 fitting into it.

acrylic tubing it is then. What tube/fitting sizes should i get? Sorry first time with sli 'ing.
Also i have 2 copper acetal gpu blocks and 1 nickel acetal, does this make a difference?
Just saw i need to overheat it and bend it. Is this tricky?
Whats the easiest option?

You can mix copper and nickel no problem.

I would match the tube and fitting ID sizes to the rest of your loop.

OcUK are low or no stock of the EK-HD tubes and fittings.

If you want to do series link which means water flows from one card to the next and full loop pressure you would need 1 set of the tubes and 4 fittings then blank off the other ports on the blocks.
If you wanted to do parallel where the flow pressure is split between the three cards and flows in and out of them at the same time you would need 2 sets of the tubes and 8 fittings.

Like this but with an extra card:

You don't need to heat and bend anything for linking your cards together.

I was only answering the question of how to link the cards together, not do the entire loop with acrylic.
