Best I could do in a few mins. Could still be improved considerably by tidying up the marks/artifacts.

Yes but come on. They guy should have explained properly in the OP or known better. Photoshop requests are always bonkers. It's like going to the Sun and asking them to do a nice, respectful write-up about something.
