Today is the day I lost respect for the British police

Whilst I understand you are keen to make a stand OP, don't dismiss the advice given by the other posters. If what you say is true it seems she is enjoying getting a rise out of you and still wants you around (even in the perverse way she chooses to show it).

Just find someone new and forget it

All sounds a bit too JK to me.

However, it does remind me of one girl I saw briefly whilst working in the long gone fine establishment known as Millets. Dated for a couple of weeks then she ended it. Didn't see her much after that and was taken by surprise when the boss took me to one side and insisted I stopped being mean to her and the boss was annoyed she had had to split up our shifts so I wouldn't have a chance to be mean to her.

Was all a massive attention seek as I had already moved on to her best friend :D

You guys need to lay off. OP is totally over his ex-girlfriend and wants nothing to do with her, which is why he's going to take her to court for kissi.......Wait a minute.....

The best way to deal with bonkers women is accuse them of sexual harassment. Always has been, always will be. It's a win / win. It's the kinda thing they either love AND hate you for.

Its not about scoring points its about future ramifications because of this event. Then you wonder why the whole world takes the micky out of the Brits, the mentality to sit back and allow it to happen.

Are you telling us that you think the British are a joke on the world stage, and it's because British men don't file charges against women who kiss them in nightclubs?

THAT IS DEFINITELY HAPPENING FELLA. :p

As has been said, you can apply for them to be removed. In which case someone will investigate it.

Surely they're just a way of keeping an eye on things without needlessly wasting police time and money, rather than an attack on western democracy as we know it?

So yeah, it's a pain the arse if you've done nothing wrong and the onus is on you do have it removed, on the other hand the system means that on the whole, people in general get harassed less.

Not a perfect system, but hey... what is?

This isn't a caution.

Nick Pickles, director of civil liberties and privacy group Big Brother Watch, said: 'The principle of innocent until proven guilty has been replaced with a reality of guilty until a CRB check says otherwise.

'These records are often not based on any court conviction, and as these staggering figures show are prone to high levels of error and inaccuracy. Innocent people are being labelled criminals because of a misguided belief that a giant database will improve public safety.

Thats what I plan to do, I've spoken to a sgt and he said he will not, so the next move is to head to the top.
Read up about it, these pin notices are being used to by pass investigations, its a quick and easy way to resolve a problem.
