Replacing Corsair Carbide 300R

Hi guys.

Looking at getting a new case as I am quite bored with the conventional look of my dreary 300R.

Plus things are a little cramped with my H100:

I was looking at getting a white Corsair 540 Air. However there seems a distinct lack of dust filters. There also doesn't seem space for an optical drive? I know a lot of people don't use them these days. However I don't understand how else you could install an operating system? This will be sitting on the floor (carpet). Anymore suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

It has 2 drive bays on the front of the case

though for a better look, I would buy an external DVD drive

You don't need a CD drive to install windows you can do it from a USB stick and as said above you can just use a USB slime drive I have one for doing just this

if you need to you could always buy a Blu-Ray one.

I'd also like to change my PSU. Got a Corsair GS700 currently feeding my Geforce 670, i5 3570k @4.4ghz.

Any suggestions? Want something gold rated around 850W.

Right. I want this Corsair 540. Looks amazing. So tidy as well. In fact I want to jig my desk around and have it on show when I get it.

How easy is it to put an LED strip in? Was thinking of white in the top?

Hi you need the ISO version of the version of windows you are installing then use the Microsoft tool.

Couldn't you just use the slim line external usb dvd drive you linked to install windows?
