What is your opinion on crop circles?

I mean this image below is a crop circle that was made in the dark overnight, around 12 hours apparently man made with a garden roller...HOW. So detailed and intricate..man isn't good enough to do this in the daytime let alone at night!

Try again. They are impressive though, I think they're obviously man made.

You have just written something on a computer/tablet/phone that has been instantly uploaded to this forum for everyone from around the whole world to read on thier computer/tablet/phone. That is just one of the more basic functions that the device you are using has...and yet you are questioning man's ability to cut some crops into a pattern? :confused:

Just think about that for a moment.

It takes more people to run the processes required for what you describe than you could fit in a single field...so yes I am questioning mans ability to form that intricate pattern, in a field, in pitch black darkness.

Aliens fly thousands of light years to find perhaps the only other sentient race in the universe, and what to they do? Try to contact us, study us, wage war, no. They draw crop circles to troll us.

If they've been able to do it within 12 hours at night I think you'll find doing it in the daylight is rather easier....

As for how - you've answered your own question there - apparently with a garden roller? AFAIK they use/stand on a wooden plank with of string/small rope attached to each end... some skill and some very careful planning.

Do you get easily confused/perplexed by ice sculptures? Sand castles? Those chalk drawings street artists make on paving slabs that look ultra realistic?
 
And don't forget OP that some of these 'criminals' have been doing it for decades.
You are looking at it from the perspective that you are not capable of doing it.

* Criminals = trespassing and destroying farmers livelihoods.

** OK I realise some of these farmers charge for the public to go and view them
