** HOT GTX 780 DEALS - LIMITED STOCKS! **

Meh, they will be cheaper.

Made the mistake last year of jumping slightly too soon on the 670 deals. I will wait to see what the 880 brings / see what 780 stock is left and at what price.

That DC2 price is great. I tested a couple of them a while back and they are very solid overclocking cards.

Mine have had a real thrashing on LN2 and still going strong.

Nah they're all EOL that's it now, doubt you'll see them much cheaper

The previous generations say otherwise. 480's for £190, 580's for similar, and 680's for £200 with 670's for £160. They will be cheaper in the coming weeks, no doubt.

This is most certainly not the cheapest we will see them in my opinion.

The best time to buy is usually right before and during a new product launch, you can get the previous high end cards for similar prices to the mid range new cards and most times give better bang for buck, most people want new and shiny (Me included) so end up buying the new stuff anyway lol.

thing is many people will hold off buying as the new cards could just be a slight refresh. if they are only small increase most wont buy and the new stock will come so these will drop even further or people just wont buy.

this is why pc components and pcs in general have been struggling sales wise for quite a few years.

780gtx will cover 99 percent of what anyone needs or wants. so if the next cards are 450-500 and only 10 percent max faster not going to sell well at all.

780 gtx unless you 4k will last you for 2 or 3 years yet.

going to be some mega sales soon

Accepted a new job offer today, with more money.

Tempted initially to grab one, but if those babies where 6GB ones, I would have done it without second thought, leaving my current 3GB for backup.
(or PhysX haha)

However, I will hold and see, but these might be "famous last words". Given that the Acer 4K arrives next week and my bday is very close.....

Hmm......

Heh, I picked up a GTX 480 at that price and the 2nd 670 at about £180 as well.

If it is true that no more of these 780s are coming and the Maxwell stuff is as much of a sidestep as anticipated, the prices might even go back up!
