I have ordered The Asus X99 Deluxe, Due to me having Sapphire tri-x, as they over hang a little more. going for 3 way crossfire. Not sure if i am going to get my sound card in there tho.

Yes they all seem to be 2x16X and or 8X/8X/16X/8X for 4 way for example. Take the Gaming 5 as an example - http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=5125#ov But also the CPU is a factor as the 5820K has less PCI-E lanes than the other two. Read the specs of the board you are interested in at the manufacturer homepage and that usually tells you what happens when multiple cards are fitted.
