Has any one ever done a quad fire or 4way sli micro atx rig ?

You would be limited with pci-e slots on a matx board AFAIK. You could do 295X2 x 2 or 7990 x 2 or similar though I would imagine.

But you would need a full atx case anyway.
Matx cases have space for max 5 pci slots and those cards are 3 slots wide.
