Gigabyte x99 gaming 5 and fan control

Hi all
Anyone know why the gigabyte software in system information viewer won't control my fans? Can control them no problem via the bios but not via the software,


I had no issues with the gigabyte z97x ud5h-bk
 
anyone cant control any fans via software or when connected to opt cpu fan I cannot control fans in bios either
 
What fans? are they 3 or 4 pin.

have you tried voltage or the other option control in the BIOS?

I dont have one yet to play with.

hi Stulid they are all 4 pin pwm IM stumped as had no issues with z97 gaming 7 and g1,

Tried in bios to set to normal then quiet but just sit a full wack?
