How many days ago have you applied?

Once the claim has been received, you will receive confirmation of receipt by email from [email protected] stating whether or not the claim for cash back has been successful. It is the claimant’s responsibility to contact the agent using the email address above within seven (7) days of their claim being sent if an email acknowledgement has not been received.

Thanks, turns out it was my fault - you have to wait 30 days after purchase before submitting a claim, obviously to stop people returning goods for a refund but still claiming.

Can you actually get cashback on this if you bought a motherboard now?
It only lets you pick date of purchase dates from June and July... And if you have to wait 30-60 days from now the offer would be expired no?

If you have just bought the bundle then you need to wait 30 days to apply for cashback. The offer won't expire as is valid for all purchases made until 3 Oct 2014.
