.. I know, everyone would want to buy a GT-R or a 458 or a GT3 or whatever their favourite supercar is.

But if that person has no experience of a performance car, are they just asking for trouble?

So what would be the sensible thing to do? Upgrade their car in increments? Chop their Focus in for an ST220, then an M Series etc, and just climb and climb?

What route would you take?

depends what they are looking at. I have been told by a owner its too easy to drive a gtr :D so i would have thought a 458-gt3 would be a bit of a handful for an inexperienced driver from what i have read.

Probably jump into a 911 Turbo whilst waiting for my Red car

At least i will run out of talent waay before the car does

Straight up to Munich Legends to buy an E30 M3, E46 CSL and 1M. Probably pop a F-Type on order too, and a Rangie for the wife.
No need for anything too crazy, but I'm s sucker for M's!

Get a Vintage that I could do up with all the spare time I'd suddenly have :D Quite what Vintage I don't know... I'd also make a custom cafe racer too :p

An atom or maybe the new radical and lots n lots of track time is honestly what I'd spend a lot of my money on. Well that and lots of repairs for said toy

Then a couple of slightly more sane cars (m5 or 6, gt3 etc) that people and stuff can fit in to kick around in on the road.

Plus some properly old stuff too.

I'd need a very big garage

I'd probably crash them all

You've won the lottery! You wouldn't care what you ended up in.....

If the Phantom drop head didn't do it, but 25 Kia Cee'd's instead! :p

As for me, an Alpina B12 6.0 for running around in, a Scania R730 to tow a caravan and an Aerial Atom for the cobwebs!
