To be fair i think its an okay price for what you get. Considering Reference AMD designed card came out with a £1100 price tag

Considering you get the following Extra

#Custom PCB
# Limited Edition Card
# Custom Single Slot Cooler
# Truely Epic EK Custom Waterblock

Considering an EK block + backplate for the card would cost you arounf £190

Just because AMD are struggling to sell the reference cards doesnt mean Asus will have trouble.


If i could afford 2 ill have them in a shot

I can get upto 20, but I've taken 3 so far. It is kind of hard to spend £1400 on this when we sell the same thing for £700 from Sapphire. ;)

Ok the EK Block, re-worked power is worth more money for sure and if I had unlimited cash I'd buy myself a pair of Ares 3 for sure, nothing can rival them!

It a lot to spend i know. Take the 20 :) long term investment. Might be slow selling but thats good. gives us both time to save up for them ahah

Also a few limited edition 8pack systems with dual AresIII would be epic. :)

And the ares does look amazing.. IF I didnt have the SLI setup I have, I would probably cave... After asking you to scrape another 100 off :D
 
AMD must be doing very well, to have bought out Corsair;, Superflower; Samsung; LG; Aqua Computer etc. ;) :p

That silver briefcase with the Ares III look perfect to replace my worn out packed lunch box!

If I was more confident of how pCARS is going to run on AMD graphics cards once it goes gold, I might have been tempted by the Tri-X, great price at ~£260.
