Well done steam. Gotta say I love the streaming aspect. Ive been playing tomb raider maxed out @1400p and streamed to my surface pro 2 downstairs and it runs very well indeed

I'm a little perplexed at the question.

Erm, use the H/W encoding with an AMD GPU with Steam Streaming ? It's still using Software. I've turned off my Intels IGP too (Which works fine when I use that for the encoding)
