I'd definitely go with jonnycoupe, the Jaguar SUV is a lot more curvy cross-over looking and the test photos I've seen in the press were like a XF which had been jacked up.

You're confusing a prototype/mule with a finished car

I know. Despite that, I still think it's the Disco Sport. Shame we can't see the front, as the shape would be a give-away.

I may, however, be wrong...but I still think it's the Disco Sport! :)

He works for JLR so I think he will know which model it is.

Went to the Prescot Hill Climb near Cheltenham and saw the hill climb record broken 3 times, a fair few crashes (everyone's OK) and, being the home of the Bugatti OC, quite a few of those too. The weather was great, the venue was fantastic, the racing was superb all day long and the car park was filled with everything from the mundane to the highly exotic (Viper, AM DB5 etc).

Genuine (?) e30 m3. It's LHD and had the correct arches etc.. looked fantastic.

Was it totally immaculate condition? I saw a perfect example in red at the end of my street a couple of weeks ago, Cannock isn't far so fairly likely to be the same one?
