Erm, i wont even try to explain that, i have my own sector to run within the company, no one comes to me to tell me how to run my own sector there is only me running the area with other employee`s and i tell them what they have to do, kind of makes me the boss ya know..

or i could be wrong and you could be right.... though i think im right.
