I was eating some Wild West Beef Jerky, which is advertised on the product packaging as a "Softer Eat" and "Our beef jerky is soft, tender and ready to eat" and I bit into a piece which was so solid it caused my tooth to crack... Slightly mad!

Case to complain?

Sure there must have been something wrong with the tooth already for it to be "weak".
But a product is advertised as soft and it's pretty solid.. I didn't swallow it and it's clearly solid as a brick..

Lmao. Using the international hardness test there, metric or imperial hammer? :D.

Is your tooth actually broken as in needing work?

Haha, yeah, it's going to need work. Approximately £219 worth, according to NHS Dentistry prices!
