OEM Vs Retail

Shouldn't effect overclocking potential, OEM just means you get less warranty and no box and stock heatsink.

No difference what so ever but you get 1 year warranty with OEM and 3 years with Retail. While failure rates may be low, I know which one I would choose!

For warranty and resale value alone, I'd spend a few quid extra on Retail.

This ^^^^

Plus for me its the assurance no one else has used it. I do worry that some OEM chips have been tried & tested for OCing reasons to establish which to use in system builds. Not saying OCUK do it but for my peace of mind id go retail everytime.
