Hi Guys,

What to replace the stock cooler on my Intel i5 3570k, I don't have plans for an extreme overclocking but would like to go a little higher, currently running it at stock volts at a 4Ghz clock speed. However I do want my system to be as 'silent' as possible, with that in mind would cooler would you suggest?

I use the antec 620 AIO cooler on mine, works a treat. I prefer AIO wc'ers much more tidy and easy to work with.
I run 2x Scythe Gentle Typhoon 1850RPM fans on the rad and use a fan controller to reduce the speed on fans to 1200rpm its perfectly quiet.

Megahalems is doing a fantastic job on my build, would happily recommend for anyone who want quiet air cooling, with no liquids involved.

Ill give you that, its a nice cooler, but i found the strain of the cooler against the motherboard, especially if the cooler is massive is a risk not worth taking... AIO hydro coolers have proven themselves to be a match, or in most cases, better than air coolers out right
