iPhone 6 Cases & Accessories

I cant decide on either one of these Spigen cases that i have never used, thinking an air skin or the standard spigen case (hybrid?) or going for an Apple black leather case.

Is the leather case really worth almost 3 times at much as ones like the Spigen?
Also, is the Apple leather case a pouch or wrap around?

I really like the Apple leather case on the 5S and hope the 6/6+ ones are the same quality.
If they are the same then it is a single piece of moulded leather which forms a solid shell lined with microfibre that hugs the phone snugly.
It feels and smells like leather but you have to treat it well, it is more of a luxury case that offers some protection but will wear and tear like anything made of soft leather if you abuse it.

List updated. Some good quality products being suggested - keep them coming :)

I've been having a think about sleeves/pouches and while you can get some really nice ones, I feel they leave a bit of a gap in drop protection when you're actually using the device and unfortunately that's when I tend to drop things.

However, they do provide screen protection unlike "normal" cases which can be useful if you share your phone pocket with other items. I don't think there'll be much room for other items in your pocket if you've ordered the 6 Plus though :)

Wallet/flip type cases may offer a compromise but perhaps add too much bulk.

The spigen air case / skin does look nice and minimalistic. Does it raise a bit above the scrreen so if it is placed on say a table the screen doesnt tou ch the table?

The Apple leather case is sounding good though. Does it not make it too bulky? Is it noot also worth paying tge same for a nobe apple genuine leather case? (i guess the trade off would be real leather but not as good fit)

Edit, it seems it is real leather...

Made from premium, hand-selected leather treated with high-quality aniline dye...

They're nice, the only thing I'd say is that compared to some of the other sleeves they add a bit of width because of how the two pieces of leather are stitched together. I have one for my 5S. They come with a handwritten note of thanks, which is cute. The Knomo leather one I had for my 4S was nice too.

I'm more of a sleeve guy only because I don't like putting it in my pocket or bag naked due to stuff rubbing/scratching it... although I risk handling the phone nekkid when actually using it.

I've had 2 Joli Original pouches (1 black with blue liner, 1 black with red liner) and they've been amazing.

They sent me a new case after I accidentally washed one, which shrank.

They're expensive for a pouch, but I prefer to use the device naked (Oooo er) :)

Spigen iPhone 6 Case Ultra Hybrid Crystal clear (AIR CUSHION) - £10
Apple iphone 6 silicone case - £25

What would you go for? (Also, if the Spigen was the same price as the Apple case?)

I've ordered a cheapy thin case from eBay for now. It came through next day and actually seems to be really good quality for the price (I paid £1.49 but it seems to have gone up to £2.49):

Hopefully it fits when the phone arrives next week :)

in my personal opinion im not paying £619 on a phone to hide it ! so the apple ones are out, the one above i have quoted is worth a punt, but given Spigen have a good rep so is that one :)

I've used Casemate's Tough cases in the past, and I'm going for another. It has a inner rubber trim, and then on the back is a thin plastic shell to snap in. Stays pretty slim and still provides enough drop protection.

I got the clear one to show off the gold colour of the handset!

I wish someone would make a clear lanyard case so I could wear my phone like Flavor Flav and let everyone know how much I spent

You guys :p

What are people doing for car mounts? Current plan is wait for Brodit to release their iphone 6 mount as I've always had Brodit.

Do any of these cases have a lip around the screen to prevent the screen taking the brunt of the impact should it fall screen down on the floor? I've currently got an Incipio Frequency for my iphone 5 which has it. Might be something more difficult to do with the 6's curved screen
