Rapid Weight Loss

you've experienced hypoglycemia well done.

Long distance cyclists refer to it as 'bonking', it's essentially when your blood no longer contains enough nutrients to service your muscles, including your brain resulting in confusion, agitation and extreme weakness. It's not good for you lol!

In very basic terms, carbs and fat are burned at the same time for energy, left over carbs are stored as fat, generally fat is the bodies emergency energy source and you use carbs more readily, so you need to run a slight calorie deficit whilst exercising to slowly chip away at fat rereserves.

Starving your body of nutrients will put your body into a kind of emergency mode so when you do eat again more is stored as fat.

Reminds me of when I stayed up for 5 nights without sleep or food. You do go pretty mental, chatting away to people that aren't there, hearing vividly things that aren't there, hallucinations (I always saw thin white smoke coming from everything). Let's just say that depriving your body of food and/or sleep is not good.

This photo doesn't do Kiera Knightley much justice, certainly her bad side!

If you are planning on rapidly losing weight please read up on the mental effects it has...I just had the maddest 3.5 days of my life.

Felt like I was a alien, a robot, I was in one of the quantum infinite earth dimensions and that I was dreaming.

I had astigmatism, when it goes away from losing weight put yourself in a room with a lot of light. Don't think a dark room is the best option.

How you are meant to spot its happening I have no idea.

And that was the very first time I've had one of these experiences...the lingo isn't lingo its just sounding like a moron.

I walked around a popular high street electronics store and saw a wrap around tv and thought it was jumping out, walked around completely dazed and bought something that cost £100 without thinking.

And it was 5 days.

I just delivered a bottle of champagne to the high street store (not thinking how much it cost) I am done.
