Going out solo - age limit?

Nice edit ;).

Only because it was obviously meant as a joke, but I then toned it down as you clearly lack a sense of humour. :p

PS: While funny, it is actually weird to fake an ozzie accent for an entire night, you do realise that... right? ;)

About 16 I'd say so it's definitely out the question

I think the whole out of place thing is probably to do with fear of someone you know spotting you and laughing :p

It's true though does feel much better being out of town

I grew a beard very early on and being 6'2" by the time I hit 15 made being ID's none existent.

I was ID'd once last night. Just have two or three days on and don't dress like those who think fine dining is Nando's. :p

Personally couldn't go solo though.

I came to oktoberfest for my bday yesterday on my own first time I been drinking solo or even on holiday on my own and it was an awesome night :)

Only been out on my own once, that was to an Above and Beyond gig in Brixton because all my mates bailed like *******s. Luckily I met a few guys there that I knew from previous Trance events. It's quite liberating going out on your own, you can be a totally new person and not the one your friends know.

Well yes, I tried to acknowledge that with this comment in my first post:

Yes, I know..

Clearly the not-so-subtlety was entirely lost on you :D.

Though I must say 'this is weird' wasn't my main concern when another girl was chewing my face off. What's more weird is a guy that just goes around belittling low earners just to boost his ego ;).

Initially, the thought of going out alone seems stupid and I wouldn't do it. Then I remembered how annoying my friends become when they've had a drink...
