They've already been mentioned a dozen times or more in other threads, just funny to see AMD still making that claim.
I didn't see them, can you name a few now? i want to have a look.

I love the quote
Never mind its not accurate.
Indeed, maybe someone with a Twit account can pull him up on that.
Maybe Roff can give them some examples.
I was thinking about Eve online but besides Apex cloth i cant find any Eve online hair simulation videos.

He said useable in game, that is a demo of the engine.
He said useable in game, that is a demo of the engine.
And it says its will be in Eve's expac which i think was same year
Then there is obviously
But yeah not going all over the done to death topic all over again because people have short memories or something :S
Sorry Rroff i was waiting for you to bring up Alice, the hair does not use Physx or Apex, people just amused the hair is, but still impressive non the less.
Doesn't matter what API or solver its using aslong as its using a physic simulation.
http://physxinfo.com/news/5883/gpu-physx-in-alice-madness-returns/basic CPU physics, similar for PC and consoles. Interesting note: physically simulated clothing and hair for Alice are not part of hardware PhysX content, and are not affected by PhysX settings (moreover, it is not even using PhysX engine for simulation).
I was not disputing that point, just clearing up what it definitely is not using.

Most of the game uses PhysX - spicy horse has their own soft body solver but afaik most of the game just basically uses ApeX cloth implementations any way I'm not even sure the hair is actually much more than a wrapped version of ApeX.
