MSI GTX970 & Dual Monitors

Hi all
Noob post alert. Thinking of ordering the MSI but not sure it will work with my monitor setup.
I have 2 x 27" 2560x1440 monitors, each with the following inputs:
DisplayPort
HDMI (limited to 1920x1080)
VGA
DVI

According to the MSI specification here:
http://www.msi.com/product/vga/GTX-970-GAMING-4G.html#hero-specification
the card will not output over DVI at the monitors' native resolution (card is restricted to 2048x1536).

I could use DP for gaming on one monitor, but can't see how I can get the 2nd monitor at 2560x1440 at 60 Hz, or run games across both monitors.

Any help/advice appreciated. Would this apply to all brands of the card?

Not sure about the resolution from different outputs, but I'm pretty that you can't play games across two screens.

If the monitor can't take 2560x1440 over HDMI, and the card can't do 2560x1440 over DVI, then use a HDMI to DVI-D cable to output from the cards HDMI port to the monitors DVI-D port

Maybe an exception, you can with Assetto Corsa, with SRWE.

MSI don't know their own specification then, or they don't know DVI... it will certainly do 2560x1440 @60Hz as both are dual link DVI ports.
