Anjem Choudary arrested.

Anjem Choudary, the radical preacher, is one of nine men arrested today by Scotland Yard officers as part of an investigation into Islamist terrorism.

The men were arrested this morning on suspicion of being members of, or supporting, a banned organisation, a Metropolitan Police spokesman said.

Al-Muhajiroun is understood to be the banned organisation in question, according to sources.

The exact nature of the inquiry was not disclosed by Scotland Yard.

It's about time we follow the yanks and have some FEMA camps for this scum. Glad they got them at last, just hope they don't let them go.
 
I doubt they've got anything on him - in fact I doubt he is seriously involved in any terrorist activity at all. The guy is just a very vocal troll for the full retard side of Islam. Its just going to be some nonsense incitement charge or membership of a banned group or maybe saying something naughty about Jewish people etc...

1st why bring jewish people in to this? 2nd he helped setup the Al-Muhajiroun in the first place.
 
He is normally quite careful with what he says so will be interesting to see what they have on him ..if anything.
 
Is this a token gesture of Britain being strong against hate preachers after Abu Qatada's farcical shenanigans :p?
 
He is a troll of the highest order, one of the biggest stirrers who manages to keep his hands clean.

I doubt very much he will be going down anytime soon but at least its a reminder that he is being watched
 
It'll be the usual 18Month to 3Year long investigation with the UK Tax Payer paying Legal Bills costing £Millions where nothing actually happens except Barristers and Lawyers get very, very wealthy and the UK makes an International mockery of itself when they guy walks free and gets paid £100,000's of compensation.
