**** Sony Xperia Z3 ****

These Sony Xperia phones seem to hold their value a lot better than the likes of Samsung though. I still see Xperia Z's going for the same price (second hand of course) as my S4!

I'm just getting impatient guys - need this phone NOW! lol

I like the placement on the compact better, its just that little bit lower.

I put an order in for it on the jungle :p I dont really want it! Im just hoping the z3c pops up again at that super price.

I agree but they are still inflated, at almost £600 i can buy myself a very good laptop. When you see Chinese phone companies releasing phones with almost equal specs but at almost half the price it makes you wonder.

yeah, after the black only but unfortunately every where I look its over £500, unless I import it from far eat which I don't really want to do for saving £80.

Chickened out...you were right mate...sidegrade at best...but I'll definitely have my eye on a Z4

I upgraded online with O2 this morning and it's being delivered tomorrow. Whether the shops have stock or not I'm unsure.

Going from an old S3 to the Z3, can't wait to have a play with it :)
 
I'm waiting for Three to get them, they're the only company who appear to have a decent 3g/4g network - I've been with O2 for years and the 3g coverage is appalling, I can't even get a 3g signal on the major road networks, this is M and single-digit A roads.

You'll enjoy it. Near enough a perfect phone and the Z3 is just improving on already fantastic features.

At gatherings, put my phone in a sink of water, still a crowd pleaser!
 
dang nam it! - Just been to CPW in town. Said it was released today and they have stock!
Tried to hassle them into giving me one but they claimed I had to deal with the online team :( :(

Still no DPD notification
 
Just rung CPW - They've released the phone today to the stores.
The warehouse (where my order is being despatched from) apparantly have 120 in stock but none had been allocated to my actual order (er woot)

Anyways - Apparantly CPW rep sorting it and hopefully delivery for tommorow /fingers x'd
 
Yeah Zoomee iphoned up earlier and the lady said they have stock and they would have got round to adding my order to the warehouse system at some point but she's just done it right away so my black one will be here tomorrow via DPD.

Not that it matters since it's the one I'm selling... lol.

Anyone know if Clove and Handtec will get the white Z3 in stock, or is this exclusive to some retailers/networks?

Also can anyone recommend where to buy a fast 64GB microSD card from?

Proper dirty tactics. Bet they are looking to leave the people who got the cheaper deal until stock runs out and then make them wait longer in the hope they will cancel their orders.

sneaky gits - If I hadn't have popped into the shop today at lunchtime I'd have been none the wiser.
 
be interested to know from anybody getting one of these if you get the noise cancelling headphones with their top billed handset as it looks like they are not included with the compact, just a standard set.
 
I'm not really up to date with phones but I'm considering this one.

If i buy it on a vodafone contract, are they easy to unlock? If so, how would I go about doing it?

Also, does it have the right band for 4G with Three network?

^Yes it will work on UK 4G networks. Network locks can be removed either paying an online service or paying the network. How much is unknown, wait until it's out and check prices :p

I've decided to cancel the Amazon order, Having seen a multitude of photos in various lighting conditions I've decided the Copper looks like a make-up kit :o
