Yeah OK. Polygon are just the worst, their review scores make little to no sense.

It amuses me they choose criticise the track design in open world game.

Games that run at 30fps to me seem solid and just as good as 60fps to me, but some are always up in arms over this whole debate..

I would notice if it was a higher FPS and it suddenly drops.

But none of the reviews stated anything about this game, if its locked and always solid 30fps no matter what happens on screen, I cant really tell the difference either.

DF hands on with the demo indicated it was a solid 30FPS.

And in that case I'd not notice if the game was capped at 30 or 60, if you asked me to tell you what the perceived fps to me were, i'd just say dunno but its smooth to me if it was a constant 30fps..

Its only when it drops do i notice.

I think its more hilarious he had to ask at all, surly if he can notice it or see it then he would instinctively know just by playing it for a few seconds what the FPS is.

was thinking that myself. when i played it i just thought thats smooth and responsive.

Don't get your knickers in a twist, it was a genuine question as it was my first time on an Xbox One. I wouldn't go as far as to say it was hilarious, but yeah, whatever tickles your bean

Saw a bit of gameplay on Youtube. The open road experience really pulls me in, but the physics side of the things isn't helping matters (I have Forza 5 so that maybe why)

Plus only having my Xbone for only 2 days isn't helping me decide either.

why not download the demo and give it a try?

With all assists off & the controller dead zones all set how i have them in FM5, the handling is similar just more forgiving.

Its obviously made to be more forgiving when crashing through vinyards in a Lamborghini.

If you tried to apply F5 perfect physics to the game, it just wouldn't work.
