Hmm, not bad.
£250 for 16Gb Gold 5s.
It is on Three but appears to not be locked!

I'm slightly concerned at the moment that the iPhone 5 32GB I sent off to the company Apple use 5 days ago is still not showing as received. The Royal Mail tracking also shows that it's not there yet.

Really don't want £210 worth of phone to go missing, especially as I don't think the shipping method they provide is insured.

Why didn't you send it insured then? I sent mine RMSD (insured up to £500).

Looking for some advice.

I have an old iPhone 5 32GB White. It's in very poor condition and the speaker on the phone has all but failed. Apple have said they will replace it for a fee of £209 (I think?).

Am I best off getting it replaced with Apple then trying to sell the new, perfect condition iPhone? O2 have offered me £165 for the old one, do you reckon I will get substantially more?

Cheers

Edit: Forgot to add, I still have the original box and I can include a brand new charger and earphones from my iPhone 6 that I have not needed to use.

I bought my 64GB 5S in February from the Apple store and they're offering £310. £400 loss in 8 months. No thanks.

Got £45 for my 16G iPhone 4, unlocked and everything works. May have got more elsewhere but I just wanted it done.

Take the £165.

Even mint its only worth £250 max. In fact that's what I sold my new insurance replacement 5 32Gb for. I sold it to a colleague and could have perhaps got a little bit more if I'd held on but it gives you the idea.

Query, can this be done in store or is it online only?

Done in store and only for credit against a new iPhone or iPad purchase on the spot.

I bought my iPhone yesterday and took my iPhone in today, they had tried to refund me my phone I bought and buy it again for £45 off but the system wouldn't have it because it would be "secondhand" or something, in the end he needed manager authorisation to give me a £45 as a refund. Strange that I would've taken apple store credit!

Sent it off to O2 today. Looking forward to my dollars. :)

Apple were only offering a flat £45 in store for my iPhone 4. The website was doubling that, so I was going to send mine to Apple. A friend offered to match it and cover the postage cost. Seemed a sensible idea, so it's currently winging it's way to Ireland to replace said friends' other half's broken 3GS.

A week ago Apple offered £170 for an unlocked iPhone 5 16gb, but it's gone down to £150 now! I've just sent mine off to O2 for £160, so that'll do.
