Which Ipad to buy?

I am going to purchase an iPad today... Which one would you reccomend? I don't want a mini

Unless you really need one right now I'd wait. The new iPad is coming out in a few weeks.

Mid/late October by the sounds of it. Touch ID, faster internals... it won't affect casual users but I'd wager they will also make it able to accept Apple Pay transactions as well, as a lot of retailers use iPads as Points of Sale.

I can never quite get my head around why something like the iPhone is more expensive than the beautifully crafted iPad Air? Quite simply bonkers.
