Apart from wanting a screen no bigger than 5.2" I also hope they put a HUGE battery in it. Well, huge capacity anyway. 3000mah at least.

Android Police are 90% sure Shamu is the only new Nexus phone this year. So it's either accept the new Nexus phablet or stick to the Nexus5.

Pretty disappointing if I'm honest, I always thought Google "got" that smaller sizes were important.

Too big for me. I was quite happy with the current 5" and if I had to accept 5.2" I would have. I won't rule it out just yet but it's looking way too big when I look at my Nexus 7 and think it's only 1" smaller.

Delighted if true! Should be easy to get on launch as well with so many people not into phablets! Only thing I'm worried about is whether it will be possible to get active screen like the Moto X without have to put a different rom on it?

I'm using a LG G3 at the moment and that's right on the edge of one handed usability, there's no way I'd go bigger than 5.5 seems a strange choice to make such a big phone when they're already bringing out a larger tablet.

Anything bigger is out of the question for a phone. Sometimes this sticks right out of my pocket.
It is definitely harder to use than my 4.7
5.2 is just right imo

Sold my I6 + bit disappointing. Got a LG G3 atm and that's a sweet phone, the size is perfect considering its got a 5.5" screen the same size screen as the I6 I had but so so much nicer and smaller in the hand. For me LG hit the sweet spot on size and screen lets hope they can with the N6.

I would be very happy with a G3 or a Z3, just got to get stock Android on them. That is the main selling point for me over everything else.

The mrs has the G3 and you're right. It feels great in the hand, considering it's a 5.5" screen! They did a great job

To be honest though, I think I actually prefer my G2 (but mostly as I'm running my own custom rom)

This is pretty annoying. I was itching for an upgrade from my N5 but 5.9" is just way too big.

Don't know what to do now. New Moto X isn't much of an improvement on the N5. Xperia Z3 is too big. One M8 is too big. Galaxy S5 is plasticky TouchWiz junk. Oneplus One is unreliable. LG G3 has a horrid UI.

Guess I'll stick with the N5!

Why not the Z3-compact? Sounds like it's the perfect phone for you.

Will need to see a Nexus 6 in person but generally I think it will be too big. Looks like another year with the 5 which tbh does everything I need it to do anyway.
