Fifa 15 - Demo out today - New ignite graphics engine!

Played Fifa for years but this is my first time playing Ultimate Team and playing online with it...I'm hooked!

Nothing like coming back from 3-0 down to win 3-4 in the 90th minute to win the league. Made it all the more sweeter that it was a scissor kick from outside of the box too!
 
It's the only mode I play now since FIFA 13. Working your way through the divisions and saving for better players is quite rewarding.
 
Going to start building a team tonight, hoping to build a nice bronze team then work my way up to gold. So my question is what bronze players are must have's?
 
Check out FUThead, you can search and filter to your heart's content.

I'd say look at players with decent pace if you are going for bronze as they will stand out a bit. To be honest, you will soon be picking up silvers and golds anyway so I wouldn't spend too much on the squad.
 
Played my first game last night (the intro match). I'd left the game downloading whilst at The Etihad and only had time for the one game before going to bed.

Got a couple of questions already...

The camera, what's all that about. When possession switches teams it jerks around. Made me feel horrible!

I stuck unlimited frames in the settings as I've got a 120Hz monitor, but kept suffering from stutters and slow downs. Is there a cap at 120 frames setting? (got SLi 680s BTW).

Connecting to EA online. I've had this problem in the previous Fifa, which has rendered playing online or FUT impossible. It just keeps disconnecting all the freaking time. I know my internet is fine as a play all sorts of other games without any disconnects. Any ideas?

I've got SLI 670s at the moment and a 120hz monitor. I notice this tearing as well when the camera pans - unless I turn on VSYNC. If I do this on FIFA itself, the FPS sticks at 60 during the game and drops to 30 in cutscenes.

However, if I set VSYNC to 'adaptive' in nVidia control panel for FIFA and set the game back to 'unlimited frames' I get 60 fps all the time and no tearing. This is the best solution I've found so far, but not ideal.

I would like to know if it's possible to get the game to run properly at 120hz with an nVidia set up, because at the moment I can't get it to stick.

WRT the servers, they were terrible on release (ok before that) and also last night about 12ish they cut out. Seems last night was busy time.
 
FUT team is getting better, bit by bit. Trying some of Killswitch's trading tactics.

I had a weird match last night, the entire match was played in slow motion. All the cut-scenes, ref dishing out cards etc.. were normal, but as soon as the ball was in play, it slowed right down. Not lag, everything including the clock was really really slow. The match took almost 30 minutes to play! All my other matches have been fine.
 
Lol brilliant. It does some odd stuff at times doesn't it?

I had one match that 'jerked' once every 30secs or so. Was like a vRAM issue. Only affected one game though.

I've noticed players swap positions some times (like LCB and RCB, AMC and ST) though not sure if it's part of the tactics where players are filling in temporarily or if it's an actual bug. I've never set anything to ask the players to do it, anyway.

Edit - and one match started with the controls set to two-button mode. Very confusing
