Yes folks it's Eid.

Eid Mubarak everyone. Hope you all have a lovely day.
And I know some group will be celebrating tomorrow.
The weather ain't looking good today :(

And for the confused people, google Eid- al-adha.

Rather than goggling. How about giving a brief description of the holiday. The previous was the celebration following the month of fasting. This one relates to those who have made Holy Pilgramage? Does everyone celebrtae or only tjose who have travelled?

Hard to celebrate in the light of peoples heads being cut off, unfortunately those seem to miss the point.

With the news about alan this morning i am going to assume this is a troll thread attempting to incite racial hatred.

I am offended.... :mad::mad::mad::mad:

As a practicing christian the celebration and /or mention of non christian religious events in my presence or posted somewhere i may look is deeply offensive.

I demand it is taken down and i am given money to make be feel less offended.

I also call for the public flogging then crucifixion of any heretic non christian who is found hiding in this country! PRAISE BE TO GOD!

There are several Eid celebrations (I think there are 6 or 7 of them). Just like Christians have Christmas, Lent, Easter, Pentecost and so on.

The current one is Eid-al-Adha :)

The first few posts were a little aggressive I read it as.
However, Happy Eid to everyone celebrating. :)
I think what most people forget is, its a few people that are the bad ones that then tar the rest with the same brush.
