Unless you speak fluent French, good luck getting a discountGot a late call to travel to France yesterday and all the nice looking hotels were booked. So found a place to stay via Booking.com.
Aside from the fact the gym comprises 1 x treadmill and 1 x cross trainer, the pool is actually a little larger than a hot tub and the Internet connection is terrible - all standard and mostly ignored/forgivable - they have told me the heating and air conditioning is broken throughout the hotel. Running on ambient temps here and utilising windows! (talking about the glass sort here, not the OS)
They're still charging full price - seems unreasonable to me. Can I/should I press for a partial refund?
It's charged to the customer but it's the principle!
