Super Smash Bros, for Wii U and 3DS

Are there any advantages for owning both versions (3DS/Wii U) other than different stages?

You can transfer customised fighters, use the 3DS as a Wii U controller and get a soundtrack CD if you register them both on Club Nintendo.

I think I'm going to get both - I'll play the 3DS out and about, the Wii U version when at home. I take my youngest daughter to dance class on a Saturday and sitting outside the hall for an hour and a half without a phone or a gaming device is mind numbingly boring - a bit of SSB on the 3DS will make that hour and a half feel like 15 mins.

Kinda hoping there might be some sort of double dip deal offered by Nintendo.

Flakey online seems to have been mentioned on Gamesradar, I'm going for the Wii U version so I hope its not an issue on there.

It has the same problems as the Wii version of Smash Bros.

Don't get your hopes up and get some friends round.
