A bit of an 'oops'.. luckily no one hurt

A US military aircraft has crashed in a field near houses and a school in Lincolnshire.

Witnesses saw the F-15 come down in a field near Broadgate, Weston Hills, at about 15:30 BST.

The pilot is believed to have ejected from the aircraft and police say he has been located and is safe.

Nearby Weston Hills Church of England Primary School has been evacuated but a member of staff said everyone at the school was fine.

Shaun Gough, whose twin five-year-old daughters are pupils at the school, said part of the wing had landed in the field nearby.

"When my wife went to the school to pick up my daughter she said the black smoke was blowing across the car park and into the school," said Mr Gough.

"I was watching when it came down back end first, and when you're standing watching it come down close to your daughters' school it's pretty horrendous.

"The wing is in a field about 400 yards from the school. [I'm] just glad nobody has been hurt.

"I've seen a Sea King helicopter land and pick somebody up. I'm guessing it's the pilot."

I am indeed from Boston but there are groups of neanderthals in Spadling and Sleaford... christ even in Kirton

My sister lives in the village. She had not long collected her daughter but she said some of her friends were still at the school and saw it crash. My sister heard it, but didn't put two and two together. I guess you don't in that situation. Thank god nobody was hurt. It could have come down over the school...

Looks like the plane could have crashed anywhere - BBC have an eye witness saying it carried on for around a mile after the pilot ejected.

Being so close to a School it makes you wonder whether their training flight plans should be changed.

I came from the area originally. Trust me i know what its like. When you have large roaming groups fighting the eastern europeans and even western europeans on a regular basis it isnt a good place.

When Portuguese migrants started to move to the area they were fighting them regularly and spray painting "Pork and cheese out" (Portuguese)

I honestly think you might have lost the plot. Nazi rally? Large roaming groups?

Complete rubbish.
