My sister's boyfriend's first-gen iPad is on the way out... think I'll sell him my Air and get an Air 2 innit.

The thinness is pretty much down to the lack of air gap, which is a good thing.

I'm surprised they haven't made it able to use Apple Pay as a Point of Sale given some retailers use iPads instead of tills, but I guess they want to establish it at the till first.

Tasty price drops all round, Mini 2 could be appealing for anyone in the market.
 
Pretty much no incentive to move from the Mini Retina to the Mini 3.

Touch ID is great and all that, but not worth the difference in selling losses, and the extra cash to stump for the 3.
