Acceleration that is just mind boggling, 0-200mph in 10s in a road car!!

This thread is the first time in the 2 months of owning my new laptop that I have considered installing Adobe Flash to see the contents. Everything else just seems to work these days apart from iPlayer.

Been on stealth (rollercoaster) when it was clocked to IIRC 130mph in 2.9 seconds (not what they use for normal runs) and that was crazy (no way you'd be able to control a car very well against those g forces).

The low range noise of the R8 is immense but those videos don't really do the GT-R justice - the R35/36 turbo spool is almost intoxicating.

Severn valley motorsport is just around the corner from me, I get my MOT there and see a lot of GTR's, Theres a road about a mile from me that they all drive up, Fast. You can hear them going for it from my house when it's late at night and quiet....Amazing
