Best 280mm AIO ?

I'm after a 280MM AIO for my 4790K, I did have a Corsair H100i but after a little accident it kind of went the way of the dodo

I would like to get an H110 but was wondering if anyone has any personal experience with any other 280mm AIO's ?

Look at the new H240-X which is 280 but in Swiftech terminology 240. This is bigger brother of already acclaimed H220-X and thus a strong candidate for the best which the first H-240X review seems to support. It is just coming to EUrope and can be ordered now. Mine is ordered

Appreciated dude but remove the competitor link otherwise the mods are gonna go nuts at you.

I don't know, Converted from Euros to Pounds it costs £150 which is quite a lot for an AIO, compare the £89.99 Corsair H105 or H110 to that and it's a huge increase in price.

I know it's expandable but still that's a lot to ask for a cooler.

True, but you asked for the best 280 with no qualifiers

. H105 is 240 so not in this category. H110 might the best 280 with 'price-performance' qualifier. Here is a large test with H110 and Swiftech H220.

Looks good, Shame OCUK don't stock these, Would make things a lot easier

I got one of the Swiftechs on preorder. The H100i i'm using is ok but I fancy a new toy and I like the expandability of it.

In there I have two other coolers compared against, but I have tested 2 others since. It's still the best cooler I have tested, especially if you swap out the TIM and the fans. Not sure about the 280mm version, mind you.

Looked at the NZXT Kraken X61? I own the X41 and is really good. Easy to set up and the software is neat as well. Even get an app for the iPhone.

Yeah x41 is also good, so if the x61 is based off it (as it should) then it should be a winner. The pump is quiet but let down by the fans. If you can get decent 140mm fans and go push-pull, it will be hard to beat even.
