Not seen a thread for this yet.

My launch day HTC One X has finally pretty much given up the ghost. I was dead set on getting the Z3 but the spec's don't seem anything special so was just going to wait until March 2015 for the new HTC One M9 but then I've seen this.

Similar to the Nexus 6 but not quite as enormous!

Official announcement next week apparently with launch in November.

Mightily tempted.

What's the motorola system like? From the Moto X thread it's pretty good?

Is this not a Verizon exclusive? I've heard rumours of a GSM unlocked version, but at the moment only Verizon seems to be getting it.

Motorola's version of Android is basically stock + some helpful apps. It is as clean as you will get outside of a Nexus device and their OS updates are usually faster than any of the other OEMs.

Seems to be a lot of uk sites reporting on this which is why I assumed it was UK too.

Fingers crossed it does otherwise I'll have to wait :(

A flowchart for Motorola product releases:

1) Do the phone specifications and features make the phone potentially very attractive to many markets around the world?

Answer: Yes - Release it in the USA only, on a single carrier.
Answer: No - Release it worldwide anyway. Ideally at a much higher price than the US and with a much longer lead time.

/End of flowchart.

Very good. Though the Moto X 2014 is pretty tasty, and it's reached our shores.

Why are they not on the front :(

I wasn't aware the speaker details had been released? The Moto X has a single front facing one. Stereo front facing on this Turbo please.

The Turbo 'event' press coverage link for 'live' footage is dead, and the countdown timer is now simply in the negative! Great work on that!

As many others have said before...there's no way this is coming over here. It's a Verizon exclusive and Droid variants are never released overseas.

Great phone though...it's what the Moto X (2014) should've been.
